Is it possible that I am transgender?

I am a 15-year-old girl. I have always identified as a girl and feel comfortable doing so. However, ever since I can remember, I have preferred to wear boys' clothing. When I was little, I was considered a "tomboy". As far as girls go, I am a little more on the masculine side. Also, I don't know if this is helpful or not, but I am asexual, and as of now am not attracted to either gender.

1. If you are comfortable identifying as a girl then you are most likely not transgender. They generally feel as if the are the wrong gender. Wearing guys clothes is fine. I am 23 and still have some clothes that are actual boys clothes. It is also not all that unusual to be asexual at your age. I hit puberty very late and didn't start to feel attracted to guys until senior year of high school. Your body and mind are changing a lot right now. Wait a few years and see how you feel then.
2. trannys just seem like super insecure individuals who would rather destroy themselves emotionally or physically just to gain acceptance from random peers as opposed to being comfortable in there own skin.

4. Probably not. It sounds like you're comfortable with who you are. Some women just have more "masculine" ways of being than others. Nothing wrong with that.
5. probably just a crossdresser. same here. i preferred boy clothes it wasnt until i was like 25 before i actually started buying myself a few skirts/dresses. im an ace to. :) but a bi-ace. 6. Transsexual men, identify as men, no question about it; transsexual women identify as women, no question about it. Sexuality has no baring on this. If you're looking for a conformation, you'd be better off seeking a gender therapist.
