  1. sounds like fun! lol for a dress size you're just gonna have try on dresses until you find one that fits. maybe one of your girl friends can help you. try goodwill. they always have a lot of stuff and it's cheap. that way you don't spend a lot of money on something that you'll only wear once (hopefully lol). as for the shoes - stilletto's and pumps are two different kind of shoes. stilleto's usually have extremely high heels and a pointy toe (and they are NOT comfortable!) and pumps still have a slightly higher heel, but the toe is more rounded and they have a "classic" look. for size, i would start at size 12 in women's sizes. payless goes up to size 12 and 13, but i've never seen women's shoe sizes higher than that. good luck! hope this helps!
  2. There's no way to tell unless you try them. Most guys have wider feet so they need about a couple extra sizes (so you would need a 12), but for example I have narrow feet and I wear only a 1/2 extra size (10 1/2 men, 11 women). Go to the nearest trashy shoe store (there is one in every midsized town), breathe deep and face the salesperson. They've seen it all and will be helpful and courteous. They just want to make a sale. Now if you've never done this before, an hour or two in 5 inch stilettos can literally make you cry. Unless your director is a sadist or you really want the stilettos (I would!), you could go for 5 inch heel wedges, a couple inches high in the front, which are way more comfy.
