They are like skin tone, and worn with like dresses that have no sleeves to hide tattoos a bit and make arms look really smooth.

the only thing i can think of are body tights, or even a leotard with arm sleeves. dancers and iceskaters wear them. you can find them at any dance supply store or online. i would suggest an online supply store for iceskaters since they might have men leotards more then a dance store
