Mens High Heels

Women or crossdressers, how can you stand the clacking noise when you wear high heels?

Your not sneaking up on anyone. This is true also, Gypsy Wolf. Good point. Oh yeah, that is true, JWM.

  1. That question is absolutely hysterical!! Thank you for the good laugh. by the way, the pain of the heels is so great, who notices the noise??
  2. If we're wearing heels then we're not trying to sneak up on someone. It's not just high heels that clack, it's any shoe with a hard sole so some men's dress shoes make that noise also.
  3. the clacking is supposed to alert you to lookat the sexy legs attached to the heels! It's aa alarm for 'leg men' who love watching shiny hosed well heeled legs.
  4. When I was in grade school, the clacking of heals was cool because it meant grownup women (whom I aspired to be like) were patroling the halls - their presence known. It was kind of authoritarian. Now I am a grown up woman, and the only time I wear high heals is.......NEVER! They hurt. I prefer flats or sneakers - even low heeled boots. But please no heals!
  5. It never bothered me. I wear only one shoe so the cadence is different, slower, but still there. Even on two heels, the noise was okay. I also like to wear mules or slides - like pumps but with no back and enjoy the slapping sound as the shoe contacts the bottom of my foot. I never thought about sneaking up on someone, I would rather them watch me approach.
  6. For the record, only metallic heel tips "clack". Heels with plastic tips are pretty silent. I find the clack (or is it a click?) as sexy as the heels themselves.
