crossdressing 45-42-46 size?

i'm new to crossdressing, so could anyone tell me what sizes are close to my measurements? i know my shoe size is at 11&1/2. could anyone help me out? i need bra, panty, skirt, pant, and blouse size. and could you tell me where i could get a good wig?
