2. I don't think that's a fetish. Do you know what the word FETISH means? A fetish is a strong sexual attachment to an object or part of a person. Sex between people who share a fetish (for the toes of your foot, for example) can be very satisfying.look it up

5. i'm an ftm and crossdressing for any trans-person is not a "fetish". it's a comfort issue. i also have a friend who was a biological female, and transitioned into a "gay male". he now feels comfortable in his own skin and with his sexuality. transgenderism is a deep issue. people know who they are on the inside, and if someone transitions into a female because that's they way they know they should physically appear, and they just so happen to be a lesbian, so be it. there was an episode of Oprah called "the football player who turned into a lesbian" you should check it out.
6. personally, i am yet to meet that one. though i do know some girls who wear some boys clothes, not as a statement, but 'cause they're handy and comfy in some circumstances.
7. In our society that's hard to do because women are allowed to wear almost anything. Because they are allowed to wear anything it's not seen as crossdressing. And I wouldn't called it a fetish, I'd call it being a Tomboy. And yes there are a few transsexual women who are Tomboys.
